We are all a product of our past experiences. Our life circumstances shape the way we see the world, interact with others, and view ourselves. While society often conflates bravery with stoicism, true bravery is found in a deeper level of self-awareness. When we accept our experiences, acknowledge our unique perspective, and love who we are, we open our lives to a world of serenity. When we understand and speak about our past without fearing judgement, we open a world of connection where we can be vulnerable and authentic.
