I believe we all have the ability to overcome life's many challenges. But sometimes we can get stuck. Stuck in unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors that prevent us from leading fulfilling lives. We are not alone in this. We all need a little warmth, kindness, honesty and understanding, and it is ok to ask for it. But just like Mr. Rogers says - it does take strength and courage. This is the time to call on our strength and reach out for help. In my role as a therapist, I can help you recognize your own strength and resilience.
