About

Becoming a parent, building a family, and navigating relationships can be some of the most meaningful and most challenging chapters of life. I support couples, families, children, and adolescents through these pivotal seasons: strengthening relationships, preparing for a child, navigating pregnancy and the postpartum season, healing from trauma, and finding footing through major life transitions. I believe each person carries more courage, strength, and resilience than they often realize, and that meaningful therapy honors what you already know about yourself while gently making space for new possibilities. Whether you're working through a difficult chapter in your relationship, preparing for or adjusting to parenthood, healing from trauma, or helping your child through something hard, reaching out is itself an act of courage. My goal is to offer steady, nonjudgmental support and a collaborative, compassionate space where you can safely explore your story and turn what we uncover together into practical, lasting change.

Qualifications and Approach:

I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trainined in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 training, Certified SYMBIS Facilitator for pre-marital counseling, hold a 60-hour Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault certification, and have completed Psychological First Aid training, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and STAR Provider status to better serve military families and service members. I am currently on the pathway for Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) with PSI. I use playful, developmentally tuned interventions for younger clients. All methods stem from a person-centered, holistic outlook that meets each client where they are.
