About
As humans we are all complex and often facing many issues at a time; ranging from your earliest connections with caregivers, to navigating systemic challenges and the cumulative impact on our lives. This can show up in many different ways, such as: anxiety, depression, physical aches or pains and more. In the past you may have felt like you had enough support or strategies to manage. Right now, you may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Seeking professional support can be a wonderful way to reset.
My goal is to create space with you, through my support as a caring and affirming professional, that allows you to explore all the parts of your unique experience. We will look at challenging things together, with curiosity and non-judgement, to work toward your goals. I have experience working with folks looking to manage anxiety and depression, reduce the intensity of post-traumatic stress, and deepen their sense of self-understanding and authenticity.
