About
I believe that everyone is capable of leading fulfilling lives and overcoming adversity and mental health challenges. A part of life is learning to cope with the challenges and hardships presented to us. As a counselor, I strive to offer a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment where I can help my clients develop healthy coping skills, foster a sense of resiliency, and acknowledge their inner strengths. Everyone is capable of growth, but sometimes we need an extra boost along the way.
Qualifications and Approach:
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Stockton University in 2023, where I studied Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology and a minor in Victimology and Victim Services. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, but am greatly influenced by Person-Centered and Gestalt therapy. With my education and therapeutic goals in mind, I strive to deliver an empathetic approach to therapy where I can help my clients become the best versions of themselves and develop healthy skills to overcome life’s challenges, all while maintaining positive mental health.
