Our work together will honor the relationship between body and mind. I practice with mindfulness and breath-work to calm and nurture the body. Our work may include uncovering and re-writing old beliefs, emotional regulation and distress tolerance, acceptance, connecting with your inner child, and more.

I have a deep understanding of the impacts of trauma and the power of re-building neural networks for safety and calm. We may work through trauma with EMDR. I invite movement in the body through yoga, somatic experiencing, and any other movements that feel natural to you. I may guide you through tapping work, as part of the Emotional Freedom Technique and Polyvagal Theory.

Most importantly, I create a safe, accepting, curious, and compassionate space for you. I invite you to come as you are, with inclusivity of all communities and backgrounds. I focus on recognizing and building-on your strengths. My goal is to empower you. I believe that you are the expert of your life. You set the pace and the direction. I am here to support you on your journey.
